RALEIGH, N.C. — Public Policy Polling found that Minnesotans favored former Vice President Joe Biden by 11 points over President Trump in a survey conducted October 29 and 30. There was a 3 margin of error. Surveyed were 777 likely voters. The question: “If the candidates for President this fall were Democrat Joe Biden and Republican Donald Trump, who would you vote for?”
