MOORHEAD, Minn. – A huge scale-back of academic programs at Minnesota State University Moorhead won’t be instant, said President Anne Blackhurst. Ten degree programs are being dropped. Already enrolled students will be to complete their degrees on schedule, Blackhurst said. Blackhurst didn’t say so, but typically in college retrenchments this typically means lots of course substitutions and juryrigged arrangements.
