CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. – A Chippewa Falls man, Justin Barnard, 36, was charged with possessing 2.6 ounces of meth with an intent to distribute. The criminal complaint noted that Barnard was also caught with drug packaging material and weighing devices. The arrest was part of a police investigation that tracked a large meth shipment from Menomonie north to Boyceville.
