HARPERS FERRY, Iowa – A Minnesota motorcyclist, Paul Robert Werner, 62, of Shakopee, missed a curve on the Great River Road and crashed jnto the ditch. He died instantly, said Sheriff Clark Mellick of Allamakee County. Werner was headed south toward Marquette. The accident was about 4:15 p.m.
