WINONA, Minn. — An employee at Dee’s Auto Care Specialists at 1301Gilmoe Street reported that a man had parked his damaged vehicle at the shop and demanded parts. The employee said he’d never seen the guy before but described him as under the influence. The man left before police arrived. The incident was about 1 p.m.
