WINONA, Minn. – To settle a dispute with a neighbor over a loose dog, Henry Martell Rambert went home for a Beretta handgun and came back and threatened to “blow your brains out” and kill the dog too, police were told. Rambert, 43, of Winona, was jailed on charges of assault, terroristic threats, and being a felon with a firearm. Asked about the assault, Rambert told police: “I probably did.” The incident was about 11 p.m. on East Fifth Street. The arrest was without incident.
