LACROSSE, Wis. — Firefighters responded to a leaking refrigerant tank at the Trane plant 2411 East Avenue on the South Side and evacuated the neighborhood. There were no injuries. People were allowed back after crews fixed a broken the line. The incident was about 2:15 p.m.
