LACRESCENT, Minn. — The La Crescent-Hokah School Board has appointed Eric Martinez of Waubun, Minnesota, as the 1,100-student district’s next superintendent. Most recently Martinez has been a principal for Waubun-Ogema-White Earth Community Schools. He has taught high school social studies. In his new position Martinez replaces Kevin Cardill, who is retiring.
Martinez. Holds degree in social studies from Moorhead State University.
