WINONA, Minn. – A former assistant principal at Winona Middle and High schools, Jolene Danca, was named principal at the School District’s Adult Learning Center. Twenty years ago she started her teaching career in adult learning. Danca succeeds Emily Cassellius, who had been splitting her time between ALC and Goodview Elementary School. Cassellius will continue as full-time principal at Goodview. Besides her new ALC leadership role, Danca will serve as the principal of the District’s new Online Academy and oversee the district’s targeted services programming. On the side she operates the Eurpraxia fitness gym and nutrition counseling business 36349 Old Homer Road.
