WINONA, Minn. — — Radio stations with classic rock formats that reach Winona, all natural homes for Neil Young music, nave yet to air his “Big Crime,” a savage indictment of Trump president policies. Young debuted the song Thursday in Chicago on a new tour. The song doesn’t name Trump but doesn’t need to.  It unmistakably mocks Trump’s signature slogan “Make America Great Again,” by repeating “No more great again” to a deep beat. Besides being absent from federally licensed over-air radio, the song isn’t on playlists of the satellite music service Sirius XM, even though the service occasionally has had a whole channel dedicated to Young’s repertoire of protest music going back to the Vietnam period. The song “Big Crime,” however, has been downloaded thousands of times from Young’s website. Young, age 79, has been an outspoken environmentalist and advocate of artistic freedom.
