MERRILLAN, Wis —A woman with kids in her car was arrested as a drunken driver after leaving a Merrillan bar about 6:30 p.m. Terra Sandoval, age 35, was taken 11 miles to jail in Black River Falls. It was Sandoval’s third drunk-driving arrest. A deputy, responding to a tip about a child screaming child in a car, located the vehicle being driven erratically and made the stop. Sandoval admitted to drinking, the deputy said.
