WINONA, Minn. — A light switch in an apartment building in the 50 block of Links Lane, near Pleasant Valley Creek, was emitting an odor. Responding to the report, firefighters found the switch hot to the touch. They removed the switch, turned off the breaker, and left a note for the building manager. This was about 10:40 a.m.
