ROCHETER, Minn. — The Olmsted County Board has extended a moratorium on property taxes payments through the end of the year to ease pressure on taxpayers during the pandemic. More than 2,490 home-owners are behind on their taxes. Also delinquent: 372 commercial, 421 agricultural and 119 apartment properties.
