WINONA, Minn. – A reporter at the Winona Daily News since 2020, Josh DeLaRose, 28, left the newspaper. DeLaRosa’s departure left the newspaper with only one news reporter. DeLaRosa was a Winona State University journalism graduate. With DeLaRosa’s departure, the Daily News suspended its police, courts, City Council and County Board beat.
