WINONA, Minn. – Thirty vendors were expected Saturday at the end of Main Street at Levee Park to start the new Farmers Market season. Monica DeGrazia coordinator, said there will be a few more stalls than last summer, when the Covid pandemic was raging. Even so, face masks are required even though the market is outside. Social distancing also is required, DeGrazia said. There will a well-marked area for eating and drinking, she said. Live music will be back, she said. The goal: To rebuild a Saturday morning community full of healthy, local food, local musicians, community educators and lively conversation.
