DRESBACH, Minn. – A LaCrosse man walking across the state travelers stop parking lot at the Dresbach dam was struck by a pickup truck and injured. Phillips James Conrad, 71, was taken to a LaCrosse hospital. His injuries were described as non-life threatening. The pickup driver, James Lehman McDougle, 71, of LaCrosse, was unhurt. He was driving a 2007 Honda Ridgeline. The accident was about 4:30 p.m.
