ROCHESTER, Minn. – An Iowa man was injured although apparently not seriously when his pickup and a truck collided at the Marion cut-off to Rochester from Interstate 90. Seth Nicholas Garber, 20, of Cedar Rapids, was taken to a Rochester hospital. The truck driver, Christian Lee Tangness, 50, of New Ulm, was unhurt. Deputies said both vehicles were southbound at the interchange, where confusing Highway 52 exits to to Winona and Albert Lea are sites of numerous accidents. This accident was about 7 a.m.
