LACROSSE, Wis. — Police confirmed that a missing Spring Grove, Minnesota, volunteer firefighter, Timothy Neal Young, 31, was located Wednesday evening and was all right. Police offered no detail. His family had reported him missing six days earlier, although he had been spotted in the meantime in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.
