ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Rock Dell Township man was arrested after, police said, he admitted to “multiple acts” of sexual conduct when being questioned about reports by a woman who said abuse began when she was 6 or 7. Timothy Griffin, 54, was charged on three felony counts. The woman, now 20, said abuse continued over 10 years.
