ST. PAUL, Minn. – A new poll shows President Biden with a slight edge at the moment in Minnesota over Donald Trump for the White House. The snapshot shows Biden, who has the Democratic nomination tied up, was at 45% among likely voters. Trump, his Republican challenger, was at 41%. The four-point edge may not mean a whole lot of comfort for Biden considering the poll’s statistical margin of error was 3.5%. Among unaffiliated voters, Trump led Biden by two points. Independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had 5%. The poll was commissioned by Minnesota Public Radio, the Minneapolis Star Tribune, and television station KARE.
