WINONA, Minn. – Adeline M. “Addy” Neubauer, 97, of Winona, a waitress for many years at the Hot Fish Shop, died at Adith Miller Manor nursing home. She also managed the Woolworth lunch counter and waitressed at Happy Chef restaurant. She was born in in Arcadia. She was a member of the St. Stan’s congregation and Harvest House.
