ARCADIA, Wis. — Bernard Joseph Hesch, 65, of Arcadia, who for 23 years was a first-responder with the Arcadia AmbulanceService, died at home of brain cancer. He was a teaching assistant for the EMS program at Western Technical College. For a living he was a heavy-machine operator.
