WINONA, Minn. — Robert Paul Herrick, 81, known as Bob the Radio Guy during a career at Whitewater Wireless, died at the Gundersen hospital in La Crosse. He was a 1957 Cotter High School grad. He was stationed in Alaska with U.S. Air Force. After discharge he was a surveyor and worked on the I-90 bridge at Dresbach.
