WINONA, Minn. – Dale Kenneth Hoenk, 70, of Winona, a Winona State University graduate industrial arts, ] died at home of cancer. In college he delivered newspaper bundles for Winona Daily News. Later he worked in construction for Madison Silos and drove UPS deliveries for 33 years. Hd was known on the Mississippi River for his H’Anchors Away boat plled up on sandbars. In retirement he delivered cars for Lewiston Auto.
