WINONA, Minn. –Genevieve C. Bartz, 89, of Winona, died of congestive heart failure at the Lake Winona Manor nursing home. Her career was in health care, first with the State Hospital in Rochester and later doing in home health care for Winona County. She also was at St. Mary’s University was for 19 years
