LEWISTON, Minn. — Gladys Ellinghuysen, of Lewiston, a dietary aide at the Lewiston Villa nursing home, died at age 91. She attended Hillsdale Country School through the eighth grade, then stayed home to help on the family farm. Later she and her husband farmed near Plainbview, then near Lewiston. She raised chickens and sold eggs to loyal customers.
