WINONA, Minn. – Harry J. “Ace” Wagner, 94, of Winona, a mechanic at Owl Motor and Tousley Ford who later taught at Winona Tech, died at Benedictine-Saint Anne nursing home. He was in the U.S. Army during World War II. He retired from teaching in 1989 after 20 years.
