LACRECENT, Minn. –Jeffrey “Jeff” N. Engstler, 60, of La Crescent, who worked several years for Nelson Construction later at Northern States Power. died at his home. He \ was a 1980 graduate of Houston High School. He enjoyed carpentry and classic rock, especially Neil Young.
