HOUSTON, Minn. — Joseph “Joe” W. Krage, 60, of Houston, an accountant and chief financial officer at several manufacturing businesses in Winona and Rushford, including his favorite job, at Miken Sports in Caledonia, died at home of cancer. He was one of Miken’s first employees. He held an accounting degree from Winona State University and a business administration master’s from Saint Mary’s University.. He was on the Rushford Fire Department for eight years and the Houston Fire Department for 20 years. At Houston he was chief for eight years He was also on the Houston City Council
