ARCADIA, Wis. – Lee Rudolph Wieland of Arcadia, who operated the Wieland Insurance Agency more than 50 years, died at age 96. He studied at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. He was a member of e Buffalo County Board of Supervisors, the A-G Cooperative Board of Directors, the Arcadia Hospital Board, and the Arcadia Historical Society.
