RUSHFORD, Minn. – Virgil Irvin Mehus, 88, of Rushford, who managed Valley Video Cable for 22 years and grew the company to 30-plus communities, died at the Good Shepherd Home in Rushford from Lou Gehrig’s disease. He was a U.S. Army paratrooper from 1952 to 1954. He studied electronics at Austin Vocational School and graduated in in 1956.
