LEWISTON, Minn. – Willard “Bill” Reuben Prigge, 85, who lived in the Silo area north of Lewiston, died in a traffic accident outside his home.He grew up attending country school through the eighth grade across the road from the farm he later built up. He was in the U.S. Army in Germany during the Berlin Crisis. On return he began farming near Silo and later acquired adjoining farms.
