ELBA, Minn. – A Red Wing man, Hunter Monroe Boutelle, 27, a mason and stonework restorer, was arrested after another man was struck with a beer bottle at Tony’s biker bar in Elba. Deputies said the victim sustained bodily harm. Routelle was booked for second-degree and third-degree assault. The arrest was about 1 a.m.å
