WINONA, Minn. – A mountain biker lost control on a wooded trail off Wincrest Drive and crashed down the bluffs. He suffered shoulder and head injuries. This was about 5:15 p.m. A rescue team applied a C-collar and used a basket and a one-wheel cart to haul the biker up an ambulance 150 yards away in the b1200 block of Wincrest Drive.
