MINNEISKA, Minn. – A Trout Creek Valley man was crushed to death after crawling under his disabled pickup truck and it began rolling. Gary Charles Dondlinger, 67, who had a rural Altura address, was dead when a neighbor happened across the accident on County Road 31 north of Elba near the Wabasha County line. The neighbor told deputies that the transmission on the vehicle, a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500, had given Dondliger nrepeated problems.
