WINONA, Minn. — A school bus taking kids home from school became stuck in a snow-covered driveway on Ridge Hill Drive off U.S. 14 up Stockton Hill. Another bus was dispatched from Winona to tow the first bus out and take the stranded children home, albeit a tad late. No one was injured. This was about 4:25 p.m.
