LACROSSE, Wis. — The LaCrosse City Council approved a 20-year extension to the lease with the LaCrosse Queen paddle-wheel cruise boat. The diesel-powered replica of an early1900s steamboat offers sightseeing, lunch and dinner cruises from May to October. The vessel has Coast Guard capacity approval for 149.
