HOMER, Minn. – A northeast Minnesota woman was seriously injured when two motorcycles, traveling together, collided at Black Horse Road south of Winona. An ambulance conveyed Jean Marie Falk, 68, Perham, to a LaCrosse hospital with life-threatening injuries. The accident was on Highway61 about 9:25 a.m. Both motorcycles were heading south out of Winona. Deputies said one of the cycles, driven by Maynard Edward Falk, 79, New York Mills, was attemepting a U-turn and struck a trailer being towed by other cycle. Neither Falk nor his passenger, Sylvia Jean Falk, 72, of New York Mills, was hurt. The other driver, Eugene Arvin Falk, 73, of Perham, was sent to the Winona hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Jean Marie Falk was on his cycle.
