WINONA, Minn. – A motorist was struck by a shotgun blast in a residential neighborhood on the Far East End. Police said the person’s injuries were non-life threatening. The shotgun round was fired about 2 p.m.outside a residence at 907 East Broadway. Police arrested a man and taped off the house. The house sustained minor damage. Police said there was no immediate danger to the public.
