ST. PAUL, Minn. – A test of tornado warning systems, including sirens, will be Thursday at 1:45 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. The Minnesota Department of Public Safety has organized county emergency management teams statewide to participate. For more than 20 years as part of Severe Weather Awareness Week, the state has partnered with the National Weather Service for the tests.
