WINONA, Minn. – Saint Mary’s University named an executive from Buena Vista University, Gary Klein, as vice president for advancement. His Saint Mary’s duties include fundraising and alumni relations. Klein holds a degree from Saint Mary’s and a master’s in philanthropy. His career has included Edgewood College in Madison, where he completed a campaign to build a. new dorm. Earlier he was at Viterbo University in La Crosse, where he oversaw two capital campaigns and quintupled fundraising.
