BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, whose 13 members include Saint Mary’s University in Winona, canceled the remainder of the spring season due to growing concerns over COVID-19. The conference executive director, Dan McKane, said the decision followed the lead of the NCAA and many other conferences. McKane said the Minnesota conference would work with the NCAA on unsettled athlete eligibility issues. Affected: Baseball, golf, softball, tennis, track and field.
