WINONA, Minn. – Look now: This may be the last you’ll earth beneath your feet until spring. A new weather will roll into the region with a rain-snow mix Tuesday afternoon. By the next morning, Winona may have as much as four inches of snow. Predicted accumulations:
.> Black River Falls: 1 to 3 inches
> LaCrosse: A trace to 2.
> Minneapolis: 2 to 6.
> Preston: 1 to 3.
> Rochester: 2 to 6.
> Wabasha: 2 to 5.
> Winona: 1 to 4.
