NODINE, Minn. – A vehicle carrying three southeast Wisconsin persons overturned two west of the Nodine exit ramps. One passenger, Kathleen Marie Foulke, 75, of Beaver Dam, had life-threatening injuries. She was taken 23 miles to a LaCrosse hospital. The driver, Duane Ellis Foulkes, 76, of Beaver Dam, also was taken to a LaCrosse hospital. His injuries appeared less serious, police said. A second passenger, Mary Elizabeth Wellach, 64, of Juneau, was unhurt. They were westbound toward Rochester in a 2018 Cadillac XT5. Inexplicably the vehicle left the road about 3 p.m. Conditions were dry.
