SPRING VALLEY, Minn. – Two drivers were injured and taken 30 miles to a Rochester bospital after colliding at a 90-degree angle at a downtown intersection. The injuiries appeared to be non-life threatening, police said. Winpum Allard, 62, of Grand Meadow, was heading north on Highway 63 in a 2012 Dodge Caravan. The other driver, a teenager whose name was not released, was eastbound on Main Street in a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix. The accident was about 3:30 p.m.
