MINNEAPOLIS – The Minnesota Department of Transportation illuminated the I-35W bridge over the Mississippi River with blue and yellow lights that match the colors of the Ukrainian flag. “We stand united with Ukrainians here in Minnesota and around the world,” the agency said. About 17,000 Ukrainian Americans live in Minnesota. There are more than 1 million throughout the United States.
