WINONA, Minn. – A Kellogg-area man, Alexander Donovan Christodoulou, 24, of Greenfield, was arrested and referred for driving under the influence of a suspected controlled substance. The arrest was about 12:20 a.m. on Riverview Drive and Prairie Island Road. A deputy said Christdouloun had been pulled over for speeding.
