STOCKTON, Minn. — A Stockton woman was arrested after her husband ran to an upstairs bedroom, locked the door, and called police to report she had threatened him with a knife. This was on East Sixth Street about 6:50 p.m. When deputies arrived, the woman had no knife but admitted being upset with a message two days earlier that their relationship was over. The man quoted her that she was going “to fuck you up.” Monica Michelle Highsmith, 32, was arrested and booked for domestic assault, threatening violence, and instilling fear.
