WITOKA, Minn. – A motorist, who was reported speeding north out of Houston County, was arrested on Interstate 90 by a Winona County deputy and charged with drunken driving. Jayne Marie Lovejoy, 61, of Stewartville, was taken 14 miles to the Winona jail. There her blood-alcohol level tested at triple the legal threshold for impairment. The traffic stop was about 8:20 p.m. near the I-90 ramps to State Highway 76.
