BURLINGTON, Wis. – The Trump-endorsed candidate who lost his primary election bid to powerful state House Speaker Robin Vos isn’t giving up. Adam Steen announced himself as a write-in candidate in November. In the primary, in which 9.900 people voted, Steen lost to Vos by 260 votes. The Racine-centric district is Trump-heavy. No Democrat  was on the primary ballot.
